The day pass fee includes the whole facility for 24 hours. That means if you show up the next day just before the same time you can use the same pass and avoid buying two!
The hours of operation at this location are broad - 4:30 AM to 11 PM. There are 6 swim lanes in the lap pool and a couple other pools for family and recreational use, plus a large Jacuzzi. The locker room is really nice, and they provide towels and an array of soaps and conditioner in the showers.
Overall, it's a very nice facility - the only things I'd mention are to bring a lock for the locker, and that, on arrival, it really looks like a big apartment complex rather than a gym, so that can be a little confusing.
