I swam here on a Sunday morning at 7:30 AM; it was busy but not yet crowded. The middle two lanes are for members who reserve a timeslot, and the two outer lanes are available on a first-come-first-served basis, with a maximum of two people per lane. The water is unpleasantly salty. The sun rising and slowly sending more and more sunshine into the pool was lovely.
The locker rooms were under renovation, so I changed in a privacy tent and showered in the outdoor non-private shower. This was not an ideal experience but, once the locker rooms are finished, it will probably be nicer. I also signed up for a free 3-day pass (they didn't ask for local ID) so I got to swim for free.
