I love Hythe pool. Yes, it's a bit cool at first but after two lengths it's OK. It has a lovely staff and relaxed atmosphere. It's a good value if you buy a book in advance.

I attend water aerobics here on Fridays, swimming prior to the class also, and I frequently find the water to be cold. The aerobics teacher has to keep us moving constantly to keep people at a reasonable temperature.

Hythe Swimming Pool is really old, but it is a nice pool to swim at because if you go at off peak times you can actually swim properly, many afternoons there are only 5 people swimming !!! The only downside is that at 30º it is a bit warm.
