This is a lovely facility with a huge weight room, spin studios, etc. It is part of a health care network that offers outpatient rehab services, physical and occupational rehab, etc. in this large building.
The facility has a very nice 5-lane pool, which is a tad warm (maybe 83º?), with a large time clock, kickboards, and other pool toys available. The pool has lots of windows, skylights, and a lifeguard. It is also used for PT and classes, so definitely check the schedule.
