Eight lanes were set up for swimming laps, plus there was enough width to accommodate two more swimmers at the shallow end. When I arrived at 5:10 AM, there was only one lane available, but by 6 AM, about half the lanes were vacant. The pool has adequate depth and continuous gutters but was a little choppy due to nominal (small) lane lines. The other swimmers and staff were friendly.
There is a small sauna adjacent to pool. The locker rooms are nothing to brag about, but adequate. There’s plenty of hot water available for showers.
