Apart from being located in an attractive building, I was disappointed by the lack of accommodation to lap swimmers: they don't put up lane lines, just one to separate lap swimmers from recreational/aerobics groups, and the water is very choppy. There are lap swimming times (6 - 8 A.M. and noon - 1 P.M weekdays, and noon - 1 on Saturday). I wouldn't count on doing laps outside those hours.
