Holiday Inn London - Kensington High Street

This is a very warm pool (86º to 90ºF [30º to 32ºC]),short for lap swimming, and has no lane lines. It's guaranteed to be extremely busy between 4:30 and 7.30 PM and at random other times.

Lovely pool, especially gazing at the ceiling when doing backstroke. Rather warm. The pool, however, is small, unlaned, and with no lifeguard to keep order, so for a decent swim it's a good idea to call ahead and find out what might be a good time. Too many lockers out of order.
[April, 2014]Ten years later, most of the lockers lack a working lock, giving the impression of poor maintenance.
