I had a great 1½ hour workout here in May. Most 25m pools in Japan are way too warm for serious swimming, but this one is great with a reported temperature of 27.5°C. Pull-buoys and kickboards are available to borrow.

I swam here while traveling in Japan. The 7 lane 25m pool was great! The temperature was great for serious swimming. It cost ~¥640 for an adult day pass, and the pool is open from 9 AM to 9 PM. I went at 7:30-9 PM on a Sunday night and had the entire pool to myself. There are pace clocks and some equipment to use. There is a shop in the entrance to buy some fairly priced gear and clothing. I wore a swim cap but I'm not sure is the mandatory swim cap rule is enforced. You can always buy one at the shop.
