I agree with other reviews; it's a great pool! Although located right in the middle of San Sebastian by the water, the pool entry is oddly hard to find -- look not for a large building but instead for a small windowed enclosure with stairs and an elevator down to the facility, which is beneath Plaza de Cervantes along the beach, just north of Hotel Londres.
On our visit (a November Monday in 2018) there were classes from 9 to 10:30 and again starting at noon; they take up two of the six lanes and one lane is generally reserved for water walkers. The water was a fine temperature for distance swimming, and the saline system produced good, clear water without a chlorine smell. Your 9€ gets you all-day access to pool and gym.
One special note. This is an extraordinarily disabled-friendly pool. The lifeguard took special care to help those in wheelchairs in and out of the pool using waterproof chairs and a ramp.
