The pool is old but functional. This is a complete athletic facility with free weights, cardio machines, a dance studio, and tennis courts. The staff is very helpful. I was completely satisfied as I could do a good stretch session and swim.

This is a good athletic facility with pool and work-out machines available for the daily admission. The pool is a standard 25-yard lap pool, but two notes. First, two of the lanes are often used for classes, though we've never had more than two lap swimmers per active lane. And second, the shallow end is oddly shallow, so shallow that your fingertips will touch bottom on the last stroke before your turn, so flip turns need to be close to the surface; you get used to it quickly. The pool provides basic swim floats, kickboards, and pull-buoys. Fine changing facilities. Ask for a locker key when you check in; they have towels if you need one.
