This is more of a leisure facility for the entire family. The indoor pool is used by clubs two days a week, so at those times you have to swim outside, even in winter. I went there when it was quite empty, they had two ropes up in the indoor pool, the rest was an open area.
It becomes very expensive if you stay more than one hour, so I found the experience quite hectic. The sauna area seems to be quite popular.
