GO fit Córdoba

This is a gorgeous pool. I went at 7:30 AM on a Wednesday and had a lane to myself. The water temperature was 80ºF (27ºC).

The front desk was really nice, although they didn't speak English, so have Google translate handy if you have questions. Also bring an ID since they want to see that. They give you an RFID tag for a locker as part of the day pass. Lastly, a swim cap is required.

Go fit Córdoba is about a 40-minutes walk from the historic Jewish Quarter near the Cathedral. It is a fabulous modern facility, well used by locals and great for swimmers. The staff is friendly - I got a tour of all facilities: the 10 lane pool plus two smaller ones, a large gym floor with a good range of up-to-date kit, e.g., spinning bikes, weight machines, water fountain, and five studios. The club offers a full range of classes: yoga, spinning, strength, etc. Purchasing a day pass gives access to everything. There's physio on site, I had a very good sports massage for €20. The members are also friendly and helpful. The changing rooms are large and very clean. with hair drier and swimsuit driers.

I loved the pool. In the mornings there was only one or two swimmers per lane, but in the evenings it was much busier, with four to a lane.

I highly recommend this place. They will lend you a swim hat and training accessories.
