When I visited, the three middle lanes were being used for circle swimming. The lanes were informally speed-segregated into fast, medium, and slow lanes. There were no signs to tell you this, but you can figure it out by watching the swimmers. No one was using an interval clock, so it was just basically lap swimming.
You do need to have Є0.50 for the locker where you store your shoes. Once your shoes are stored, you go to another locker area where you change and stow your clothes. There are no separate women's or men's locker rooms; there are just unisex changing areas. I did not see any places for hair dryers, etc. To get to the pool from the changing room you walk through an automated warm shower.
