During the week, only two lanes are open to the public; the rest are used for club training. At weekends and in the evenings, during times when the late-night rate is in effect, all lanes are open to the public.
Access to the swimming pool is via the showers (men’s and women’s). There are no rules regarding swimwear, swimming caps or sandals. The sauna is a nude area.
For first-time visitors: Tell the ticket desk how long you want to swim (90 minutes, three hours or all day, with or without sauna) and you‘ll be given a wristband with a key for a locker (the number is on the wristband) - you pay on the way out by giving the wristband back to the ticket desk.
If you arrive by car and park next to the building, you must ask for a parking ticket (free of charge) when paying.
Do not expect the staff to speak English.
