Flames Natatorium - University of Illinois at Chicago

I joined the Chicago Masters Swim Club for the 5:30 AM session ($10.00 charge, USMS membership required). The university team was swimming at the same time, so there were four lanes for the Masters group. But there was not a day where I thought it was too crowded. At one point, I had a whole lane to myself.

I did the morning Masters workout twice this week - it was a very good workout.
