At this time (August 7th, 2022) the pool has a sign-up policy where you sign up for 30-minute slots before each hour and/or half hour. So, if you want to swim more than 30 minutes, like I did, you need to get out before your 30-minutes is up and check with the poolside attendant to see if there are open slots.
The pool (saltwater) is fine; not the deepest; and a little warm for my taste but there were flags. There's also a skylight, so bring mirrored goggles if you plan to do a lot of backstroke. Due to the sign-up policy, lanes are split and there is no circle swimming.
Towel service is included with membership/day pass. There's free shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, etc. in the locker rooms, though the body lotion smelled off to me.
Overall, not a bad facility.
