The lap pool is busiest between 6 and 8 with adult group. I tried at all hours of the day and always found an open lane or person willing to share - which was never needed for more than 20 minutes. Towels are provided in the locker room, but bring your own lock. Modern and clean, everything the web site indicates - even a parking garage if the lot is busy or the weather is poor.
