Lane markers on the bottom but no ropes. The pool was not crowded. The hours were quite limited. It's in a Quonset hut shaped building and was cool inside. I don't think the air was heated in the pool area or locker rooms, which were damp and Spartan. The showers required coins to get hot water and it was awkward finding a place to put soap, shampoo etc. The people were very nice. The water was good.
