Check the timetable on the website; I went during general swim and two lanes were reserved for lap swim. The water quality was not as good as elsewhere, but the water temperature was fine. Bring a lock. There are changing closets in a shared (male and female) locker area. The common showers are warm, with no soap. Changing area fairly clean but men’s bathroom was a little gnarly. Easily accessible by bus.

This pool was renovated in 2005. It is much lighter and the change rooms are much cleaner. The water quality seems better -- it may have been changed to salt water filtration. Lane management does not seem to have changed.

This pool is standard length and width. It can be extremely crowded with up to 16 people in a lane, with little attention paid by the lane minders.
