Clear water. Sometimes a bit crowded. Splitting a 5-lane pool into 6 lanes is very frustrating: a.) The black lines on the bottom don't align with the lanes, and; b.) The lanes are narrow, making overtaking hard – and, in the case of breastrokers,almost impossible. There is no lane speed segregation. Recreational breastrokers use all lanes. The middle of the wall at lane ends is usually not kept empty for incoming swimmers to turn.
