For a short workout, it's better to go to Brebach-Fechingen or to the outdoor pool at Freibad Kleinblittersdorf (outside of Saarbruecken, but easily reachable via tram and quite close to the town). Dudobad isn't really good for swimming. Opening times of the sport's site as well as entrance fees are constantly changing, so check the website. The leisure and sauna complex is worth visiting.
