The pool's schedule can be found on its website. It is linked to a rectangular graphic that looks like a small portion of a photo of the pool, with Japanese text superimposed - there are two versions of the link: look for the icon of a PDF document on one or the letters PDF in white on a red background on the other.

The schedule PDF covers several weeks with the date on the top of each page; although everything's in Japanese, the red shaded lanes are two-way; the orange shaded lanes are one-way; the green lanes are for walking; the yellow lands are open; and the blue lanes are reserved.
