- The facilities are modern and clean;
- The lap lanes are not crowded;
- The cost is economical: while I do not believe there is a "drop in" price, the monthly and yearly rates are as good or better than any I have seen; (And there is no “one-time sign-up fee”, as is common in the Chicago area with YMCAs and health clubs.)
- They answered my emails, while most other facilities did not.
