I swam here on three weekdays in May, 2024 at 6 AM. The pool is well staffed. I had a lane to myself for a 90-minute swim. The locker room is basic but functional. The staff and other swimmers were very friendly!
We were staying at a hotel in the warehouse district. It was a pleasant early morning walk to and from the pool, but the St. Charles streetcar and other bus lines are also close by, so it's definitely accessible if you are visiting New Orleans and don't have a car.
