The entire complex, including the locker rooms and showers, is clean, but run down and looks like it hasn’t been updated in decades. The 50m pool, however, is really nice and a great place to swim laps. It’s spotlessly clean, well maintained, and has eight lanes for swimming. The center lanes seemed to be for faster swimmers.
Swim caps are required, and lockers are not available for guests, so most people just keep their personal belongings on the pool deck.
The facility is about a 15-minute Yandex Go ride from the historic/tourist part of town. When you enter the front door, make a left and there’s a room at the end where you can pay for entry.
Overall, it is a great place to swim if you’re in the area.
