When I swam here in August, 2008, the outdoor pool was pretty clean - though the indoor pool was shut. Showers are outside and the changing rooms are inside. The student rate is 8 RON. Apparently a hotel is taking over the top of the building next year,and is going to update the pool areas and changing facilities - so hours and prices may change.
