Pools 1 and 2, above, are in the FMH Foundation Natatorium and were added to the facility in 2014. Pool 3 is the Mabee Pool, COM's first pool. Pool 4 is the Abell-Hanger Pool where the diving boards and platforms are located.

The facility also has a weights room with free weights and weight machines for dry land work, and a room with mats, trampolines, and such for diver training.

In addition to the four pools described above, the facility also has a 12.5y, 3 lane, 88ºF (31ºC) teaching pool (the Gathercole Pool), a 90º - 92ºF (32º - 33ºC), 4f - 6f depth therapy pool (the Pevehouse Pool), and a 6f depth water aerobics pool (the de-Compiegne-Wallace Pool), which is used occasionally as a warm-up/cool-down pool. These pools are shorter than the minimum listing requirements for the "Year Round Pools" section but may be to interest to visitors who don't swim laps.
