Call ahead. It's noisy and crowded when there are classes and lap swimmers are very confined. At other times it's a wonderful, peaceful facility and you could find you have it to yourself.

The changing facilities are disgusting and run down. The women's rooms have no ventilation, the walls are covered in mould, and the floors are wet and slippery. It's hard to get DRY in these change rooms because the ventilation is so poor. It is constantly humid and clammy!
