Chūō Shimin Pūru | 中央市民プール

This pool wasn't the best place for swimming laps, as it was geared more toward families and children. I visited in the morning and there were only two lanes available for laps. Several people of different swim abilities shared the lanes, and it was a free-for-all. Some people would stop and walk halfway down the lane, and others would congregate at the ends and not move aside to let you pass.

The facility didn’t seem to be the cleanest, either. The water was cloudy and the locker room/shower floors could have been cleaner. If you’re looking for a place to swim laps I’d suggest you’ll be happier elsewhere.
