The outdoor hot pool is probably not worth swimming laps because the pool in the hot soak area is over 105ºF (40.5ºC).
The indoor pool is rectangular but one end is two feet deep which makes turning difficult and it has numerous small children. Maybe it could be used at some off hour if you are desperate. I would also note they provide towels for $5 and lockers for 50¢. The locker room is small and crowded and oddly shaped. I am not sure I can recommend this pool.
