Charles R. Drew Wellness Center

A great pool, with excellent staff. Yes, it's a little warm at times (low 80's)… unless the heater is broken, which it had been until recently.

This is a nice facility. The water has been 78º - 80ºF the three times I swam. The locker room is basic, though clean and nice.

It's a nice facility; the water temperature was reasonable and the staff very friendly.

A nice facility, but they keep the water temperature around 84ºF (29ºC), which is unbearable for a serious swimmer. After one swimmer experienced heat-induced nausea and vomiting during a practice, when the water was 85ºF, a commitment was made to reduce the temperature to a more acceptable 82ºF, but it has now regressed.
If you don't mind excruciatingly hot water, this is a good place to swim.

t's a nice facility but I wish the gym area had more equipment. I'm still trying to figure out why they have that big opening upstairs, when the space could've been used for more exercise equipment.

Beautiful pool facility. Check to see when aquatics, masters, special kids’ classes, etc. are scheduled because it can get crowded. Locker room is pretty bare-bones; bring your own shampoo, hair dryer, etc.

A very nice facility!
