The pool is located in a school building; the hours shown on the footer of its website are the building hours, but do not reflect lane availability. The pool's schedule can be found in PDF format under the menu sequence Grafiki Obiektow > Baseny > Wiertnicza. This sequence is fairly easy to follow using the Google Translation Service ( in English, it's Graphic Objects > Pools > Drilling) but, once you reach the page with the links to the pool's schedules, note the position of the schedule for the month you're interested in, and go back to the Polish language version of that page to open the PDF format schedule; the yellow squares indicate lanes open to the public . (The Google translated version of the PDF is in black and white and is unhelpful.)
