This is a nice pool with easy parking, and friendly and helpful staff. It is quite well run and I encountered less of the famous Italian bureaucracy. The pool was clean and the temperature was apparently 28º but it was perfect for faster swimming, not too warm. The lanes are well organized and change rooms fairly clean. Also this pool is open to the public most of the time. I swam there a Sunday and Monday and there were lanes available all day. It is best, however, to check. You can call in advance as the reception are very helpful.
