I found good lap lane availability late mornings during the week. All eight lanes were designated for lap swimming, and I had a lane to myself. Towels and locks are not provided. They ask that you use a swim cap and some kind of flip-flops on deck. There are also two side pools, one deep and one shallow.

It's very nice!

I went to swim at 5:30PM on a weekday, when it is supposed to be rush hour. The pool was really noisy but the three lanes available for lap swimming were not too busy; at most, there were only four swimmers per lane. It's a pity the lanes are not organized by speed… but it was ok. The surroundings are beautiful but the building is a bit old even if clean and with a lot of space in the locker room. Bring your own lock.
