This is a nice and well-managed facility with many other sports available, as well. For swimming, you can enter freely, and if you don't have a health certificate (which is usually required for sports activities in Italy), they allow you to sign a liability waiver, pay the entrance fee, and enjoy the well-organized and well-maintained changing rooms.
You can check the free-swimming times via the Wansport app, by calling them, or on their website. Since some timeslots can get quite crowded I recommend you check them before going.
