This is a nice, older style pool kept impeccably clean, with crystal clear water, and kept at a comfortable temperature for swimming laps (around 81ºF). The pool is 4½ feet deep at both ends of lanes 3 through 6; lanes 1 and 2 are much deeper. When I visited, lane lines were set up for three of the six lanes, with the remainder of the lanes available for recreational swimming. The lap swim hours are generous; there is no lifeguard; and the patrons and staff were friendly. The pool had two digital pace clocks on the wall, but neither was turned on, so bring your own time piece. Kickboards and pull-buoys were available.
