Canberra Olympic Pool

It was a warm, Sunday, summers evening and there was still less than one swimmer per lane for the forty-five minutes I was there. The water was cool; the light and atmosphere darkish. The locker rooms and showers areas are basic. It feels like a dome top was put on what was once an outdoor pool. An excellent, central place to have a swim in the nations' capital.

A bit dark and dingy but still a good pool. Lap lanes are always available and never too crowded.

Locker rooms are basic but the 50m pool is great if a bit aged. Bring lots of change to pay for parking.
