The centre is quiet and the staff are friendly. There is an additional small heated pool usually used for infant's swim lessons. Out of lesson hours, the staff welcome families and permit them to use the toys/resources available,making it a very friendly pool for people with children. For lap swimming, I have never seen more than a few people in the complex at once and always am able to get a lane to myself. This site has a third pool, which is therapeutic.
