The 33-1/3 yard length makes tracking yardage a bit difficult but it's a happy medium, not long course, not short course. The shallow end is a bit tricky for flip turns but it's not too big a deal.

I love swimming here.

When I visited in August, the water was uncomfortably warm for swimming – mid 80s if not pushing 90º. Also, a very shallow, shallow end makes flip turning somewhat difficult if you are over 5’8”.
