I swam only in the 7-lane training pool, which was a bit on the chilly side, but good for laps. The training pool also has diving blocks.
This facility is indeed not open to the public, but they do host some public swimming events. There is one annual competition (held in October 2026, and perhaps every October?) and there may also be Thanksgiving and New Year's events.
The locker room is basic; there are no lockers, just hooks and benches, with two stalls and two urinals in the same room. There is a group shower-only room, where the water is hot and the pressure is good, but one of the showerheads popped off while I was using it. When I was at this facility for the swim meet, everyone was very nice, the space was clean, and the pools were for real.
