This is an old school, small, very warm, (like 86ºF. the day I went), concrete pool. It has high ceilings, so it's airy. The deep end is cool and the shallow end very warm, which you can feel as you swim along. It is nicely maintained and the water is clear. No cap required.
The pool schedule is varied, with some of the pool always reserved for paddler-type use. In summer, the whole pool can be turned over to kids and learn to swim - for hours.
The locker room is unremarkable. Bring your own lock.
