First, you need to go downstairs, where you check your shoes and coat (shower shoes are required). Then, you go upstairs to change. And from there you go through the showers to enter the pool. It's a very good pool for training.

It’s difficult if you don't speak Russian, but everybody tries to help. The water quality and temperature are good; it's a good pool for training. The toilets are very dirty.

Vladimir, a masseur here who speaks English, helped me get in. When checking in, you pay the fee and can pay a medical waiver fee. Coats and shoes are checked at the lower level. The locker room attendant issues a locker key. A shower is required, but there’s no soap. Vladimir gives a good massage.
