This is a very large outdoor complex. The pools are in constant use and, in winter, they are used by visiting teams, so call ahead for availability. I swam here three times in the morning alongside a Canadian college team. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pool and water were very, very clean.

It is a good pool; nice and clean, but the dressing facilities are terrible - bare concrete, worn down and rusty parts. I did not use the showers or toilet. The people are friendly and the pool not very busy.

Nice outdoor facility, but if you are planning to train there, be sure to check their schedule. When I was in Barbados, visiting teams had the pool for their training and access was very limited.

When it was new, it was great - good facilities for team training camps.
