This is a decent pool but the water was slightly cloudy and tasted bitter - like they might have recently added soda ash. It's a large university recreation facility with good locker rooms. And it wasn't crowded at 6:30 AM on a weekday.

One of the best pools in Anchorage for serious lap swimmers. L shaped, set up as either 25 yards or 25 meters. Clocks, flags, buoys, and kick boards are available. The water is clean, about 80ºF., and well lit. It's usually not crowded during lap swim.
