I swam here on a late December weekday morning and enjoyed it. The pool is crystal clear; the water temperature was posted as 71ºF (22ºC), but I'd guess it was 76ºF (24ºC) or 77ºF (25ºC). There's an accompanying shallow lounging pool with warm mineral water. There was a rope across the shallow end of the pool; the lifeguard offered to remove it, but I didn't think that was worth the bother - I just swam under it. The 100-foot length was confirmed by the lifeguard.
The locker rooms are as expected for an establishment this old - small, with shower plumbing fixtures needing a little work, but I found one warm shower. In the men's locker, at least, there were four lockers suitable for combination locks and a number of open cubbies.
The crowd was friendly. The Senior Citizen charge for a morning swim was $6.00.
I'd for sure go again if I were in the area; it's also quite close to its exit off US Highway 101.
