Based on the pool's schedule, shown on the Bahnreservierungen im Auster Sportbad (Lane Rreservations at the Auster Sportbad) page of the pool's website, four 25-meter lanes are always available to the public for swimming and four 25m lanes reserved for diving, the remaining six 50-meter lanes tend to be mostly reserved for team training, though there are some 50-meter lanes available to the public on occasion. (The 25-meter lanes are halves of 50-meter lanes created by the use of a partial bulkhead that extends across only four of the pool's ten lanes.)

There is also a 50m, 8 lane, 26°C (78°F), outdoor, summer pool pool at this location.

During summer, the indoor pool is closed for two weeks (usually in August) for maintenance, but the outdoor pool is open at that time.

This is the only FINA-certified, public, 50m, indoor pool in Austria.

Information about all of the municipal swimming pools in Graz, both indoor and outdoor, can be found HERE.

The facility uses a wrist-band, electronic key system. There is an additional €0.10 charge for the band, which is refunded when you turn it back in.

If you arrive before the special evening tariff goes into effect, you'll be charged the full-day rate at entry. Then, if you leave within two hours, you show your ticked and they will refund the difference between the full-day price and the two hour price.
