Arundel Olympic Swim Center

This is a great pool. The water is perfect for lap swimming and very clear.

The locker rooms are clean. The coin-operated lockers require a quarter, which you get back.

I'm taking basic adult swim lessons this season at this pool. The class is well-run and the instructors are very personable and constructive. Class size is (amazingly!) small. The pool is very comfortable, and the locker room includes both coin-op and padlock (byo) lockers, shower stalls with reasonably warm water temps, and a few private changing stalls. The setup of the pool itself is as described by the previous reviewer. Oh, and there is ample parking in a lot immediately opposite the entrance.

I swam at this pool twice this week. It was set for 25 yard lengths, with the entire 50 meters dedicated to lap swimming. Between 7:30 and 9:00 A.M., only about half the lanes were being used. The water was around 81º (27ºC) or 82º (28ºC) and clear.
