The water is clear and the pool is clean. Swimming hours are between 6:00 and 9:30 AM. It's basically a spa. The pool is full of recreational swimmers after 9:30 AM, don't expect competitive pace on any lanes.There are no 5-meter flags for backstrokers but there are black Ts at the pool bottom.
