This is a great facility. The changing rooms are clean; the showers are good; there are saunas available; and the lockers are electronically operated with a band you get on entry. The 50m main pool was really quiet when I was there (evening time). There is a 25m pool as well, a hydroslide and kids teaching pool, and a play pool. The water temperature was good - about 27º. All toys allowed - paddles, fins, etc. There's free parking outside too. Its open Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6:30 to 8:10 AM, and then from 10 AM every day. It closes at 8:30 PM. Apparently there is a "hydro suite" as well with plunge pool, Turkish steam bath, etc.
