This is a beautiful facility! There's a café, sun terrace, and three pools: one recreational, one for training, and one filled with Baltic sea-water. Parking is tricky.

The pools, which opened in May, 2017, are built on docks floating in a bay off the Gulf of Finland.
Yes, the two 25 meter pools are outdoors and all open year-round - in Helsinki, Finland, at a latitude north of Moscow and roughly parallel to Fairbanks, Alaska!
There is also a 17m x 11m, 0.6m depth, heated, 27ºC, outdoor, children's pool at this location; unlike the other pools, it is closed in winter.
